These images come from the forms of the branches, as well as my walking practice in the forest and my experiments with branch-balance sculpture. The drawings show the life journey of a branch, from growth, through the forest, to death. Through repetition and transformation, the images reflect the vitality of plant life and also become a small symbol of the human life journey.

Book Design
The book adopts an accordion structure modeled on the concentric rings of a tree stump; the act of reading feels like peeling back the story layer by layer along a path of time.
